- SPECIAL CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL: Caplugs CEC Series Conductive Caps for Threaded and Non-Threaded Connectors are constructed from a conductive EVA (polyethylene copolymer) material that has a surface resistivity of less than 1 x 105 ohms/square in accordance with ASTM test method D-257-78.
